APCG Library Loan Policy

To check out library materials:

Only Members of APCG may borrow from Library

• You must contact the by email or phone a minimum of 48 hours prior to the next Guild meeting.
• The Librarian will acknowledge your request and let you know if the item(s) is available.
• The Librarian will bring the requested item(s) to a Guild meeting and the item(s) should be returned to the Librarian at the following month’s meeting. (If the Borrower wishes to check out the same item(s) for another month, he/she can discuss this with the Librarian at the second meeting. If no one else has requested the item(s); then the item(s) may be borrowed again.)
• Item(s) may be borrowed for one (1) month.
• If the Borrower knows in advance that he/she will not be at the meeting, then you must contact the Librarian before the meeting, if you don't want to incur late fees.  ( If the Borrower discovers on short notice that he/she cannot make it to the meeting, such as due to illness; then he/she should email the Librarian the week following the meeting, if you don't want to incur late fees.) 
• If the item(s) is lost or damaged beyond reasonable wear & tear, then the Borrower must replace the item(s) or reimburse the Guild for said item(s) within 30 days of the item’s return date.

Only 2 videos and/or 3 books per member can be checked out.
